At the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2011, the Forum will pursue the initiative that it introduced last year to address participants’ concerns about the environmental impact of the Annual Meeting.

This year, the World Economic Forum introduces "Greener Davos" to actively lower the carbon dioxide emissions that are directly generated by the over 2,500 participants and staff traveling from Zurich to and within Davos and Klosters.

The Coca-Cola Company has announced, on December 3rd 2009, that 100% of their new equipment will be HFC-free by 2015.
